3. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

4. Exchanges

Please note that exchanges are subject to availability, and the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of both the returned item and the exchanged product.

  • Offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
  • Cover the cost of return shipping for defective items.
